What ages do you work with?
- Typically I work with anyone that’s will to put in the work. Children 12 and below usually aren’t at a maturity level to get the most out of training but I understand that their are outliers that are ready at younger ages.

How much does training cost?
- The price depends on the frequency and type of training you’re looking for. Groups start as low as $10 per session and private training can be as much as $70/hr
